Anglian Water is committed to supporting our customers whatever their circumstances.

As part of the Smarter Drop campaign, we are looking at how we can best serve our customers now and how we can make their experience as easy as possible in the future. This involves taking a closer look at the current support services we offer and how we can build on these to anticipate what we might need to offer in the future.

Our Priority Services Register is there to offer extra help to those who need it. You might be a new mum, receiving treatment or have a disability and need some help if there’s an interruption to your supply.

We tailor our services to fit our customers’ needs. Whether you need your bills and letters delivered in braille, large print or audio format we will make changes to suit your circumstances.
